Bonjour and Bienvenue! At the heart of The Sunflower of Provence, or Le Tournesol de Provence, we sell tablecloths and other table decor from France. However, within each personally selected item is a story: a story of our time around a table with friends and family. They also provide a tableau for you to share your own stories, whether or not you've traveled to France and seen these beautiful items in and among the market stalls and beautiful boutiques.
We sell an assortment of French products, which include jacquard tablecloths, jacquard napkins, coated cotton tablecloths, cotton napkins, French dish towels, embroidered table linens, table runners, placements, and aprons. All our products are proudly Made or Designed in France.

Our Love of Lavender
Our boutique lavender farm is a nestled below the Sierra Nevada mountains in Northern Nevada. Lush with over three hundred plants and several varietals, our lavender field has become an oasis for pollinators like butterflies and giant native bumblebees. All that we do is inspired by our love of bees and all things French, from our educational talks, creative workshops, and handcrafted products. We hope you enjoy what we are creating and be inspired to help bring nature back into balance in your own backyard.
Mon Histoire
I am a Francophile and a Marché-ophile. My life as a Francophile began when I was sixteen, living in Quimper, La Bretagne. My host family owned a produce stand in the indoor market (Les Halles). Everyday, my host sister and I would help her mother with the locals who came to buy their daily fruits and vegetables. A man who made and sold warm, fresh crêpes and gallettes was located just adjacent to our stand, while another vendor who sold beautiful French table linens was directly across from us. I had no idea that the conversations I had with these vendors and all of the customers would forever imprint themselves on me. It was then that I discovered my love of the French markets, or les marchés, and French tablecloths.
